We welcome you beneath the frescoed vault of what was once a theatre built at the end of the 17th century — the recreational space of a hotel that hosted pilgrims passing through Florence on their way to Rome to see the Pope.
This theatre was commissioned by the musician and “balcanist” Domenico Melani.
